1 Scope

  a. Products which customers directly purchased and used.   

  b. After agreement, products which customers indirectly purchased and used.   

 2.Content:

   a. Provide products manual.   

   b. Training one inspector without fee.   

   c. Provide using and improving information.   

   d. Provide corrective action after customers’ feedback.   

   e. Three guarantees of quality.                             

3.PromiseAfter receiving customers’ feedback, firstly arrive at accident scene and give the after-sale service. Analyze the cause after service. Service period: 18 months
