Three guarantees of quality

　　1. Quality promise: Insist of three guarantees of quality; make sure the quality for the customers.

　　2. Content: for replacement, refund, compensation.

        　　a. For replacement: we can exchange the goods when the customers inspect and find quality problems.

        　　b. For refund: We will refund when we can not supply products on time or the quality is not in line with the contract requirement.

        　　c. For compensation: When customers use our products to produce transformers, because our quality problem caused customer’s direct economic losses. Through the Inspect Center which is approved by both sides inspect or our agreement, we can compensate it.

        3. Scope:  Three guarantees of quality

            　　a. Because of the quality problems and storage period is during 18 months, we can supply three guarantees

            　　b. When the service period has already been exceeded, customer must inspect the product’s capability before using. If Examine isn’t qualified, products aren’t in three guarantees.

            　　c. Because the customers don’t storage or use in right way, and caused the quality problems, products aren’t in three guarantees.
